hey! so i made this back in december of 2022 and it was the first video i've actually ever filmed and edited. watching back on it, there's a lot that i would change. for starters, i couldn't use the audio i recorded on a seperate phone because imovie kept desyncing it so i had to make do with the videos audio. i wish the editing was smoother and i wish i had phrased things differently, but considering that i had never made a video before, i'm pretty proud.

applying to collaborative arts, though exciting, was absolutely terrifying because i thought i lacked the experience to even be considered for this program. i'm not really one to get preachy, but i think this goes to show that nothing is out of your reach. i literally taught myself how to use imovie just so i could make this video and it was a lot less daunting than i thought it would be. if a shmuck like me can do, so can you.

anyways, super grateful, huzzah for new york.
