Good morning everyone. Day 4 of vlogmas 2022. I am enjoying this series, It keeps me on my toes about having to record everyday.
These delicious Chocolate peppermint Pinwheel cookies are so good I ate 4 of them last night. lol.
But oh well, its the season. And I love cookies. Chocolate and peppermint suddenly became one of my favorite. I hope you give them a try. Thanks for watching and I will see you tomorrow.

RECIPE
3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TEASPOON SALT
3/4 TEASPOON baking powder
1 cup softened unsalted butter
1 cup suage
1 tablespoon milk
3 ounces semi sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candy
