Today we r going to learn about MUDRAS
There are mainly 2 types of mudras- ASAMYUKTHA HASTHA MUDRAS n SAMYUKTHA HASTHA MUDRAS.

First we can learn asamyuktha hastha mudras which include 28 mudras. we using one hand for this mudras. So it's called Asamyuktha hastha mudras.

we include both mudras n it's sloga portion. It's much difficult to learn first. If practice 5 mudras per a day, then it will be easy for u.
