This stuff is the bomb! Lol I know people don't say that anymore but oh well..

On the bottle it also says that it "Contains an organic strengthening complex and natural ingredients that help support healthy hair growth"

I part my hair into 4 sections before I blow dry and apply a nickel size amount to each section especially focusing on the ends.

I got this from Sally's around $9. Well worth it!
