Ingredients for biscuits:
2 cups self rising flour
pinch salt
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp shortening
3/4 - 1 cup milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar, light or dark
4 Tbsp orange marmalade

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir together, flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Cut in shortening until pea sized. Stir in milk starting with 3/4 cup. Mix well. Flour should be stiff. Sprinkle flour onto your surface. Place dough in flour. Flour rolling pin or glass. Roll out dough into a rectangle, 12" long, 8" wide, and 1/4" thick. Spread melted butter on dough. Dollop orange marmalade and spread on top of butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Starting on one long side. Roll tightly into a log, pinching closed at the end. Turn over seam side down on floured surface. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Place on a greased one quarter sheet pan or a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Lay 3 across and 4 down. Bake 20 minutes or until golden on top. Remove from oven and prepare the glaze.

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
pinch salt
2 Tbsp orange marmalade
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp melted butter

While rolls are still warm, combine glaze ingredients. Spread over rolls.
