Buttermilk Waffles (Breville Smart Waffle Maker Pro)

Welcome back to My Bake Escape! I can’t believe it’s March! I know that I have been missing in action so far in 2023, let me just say it has been a busy and challenging year so far but I am here and ready to share content. I recently purchased the Breville Smart Waffle Maker Pro, an appliance I have had my eye on for a few years. I love waffles and I am happy to be able to make restaurant quality waffles at home. In this video you will see how I use the Breville Smart Waffle Maker Pro to make buttermilk waffles for breakfast or brunch. Recipe:
Recipe Notes: Makes a 8 waffles
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Inactive Time: 15 minutes
tsp. = teaspoon Tbsp. = tablespoon g = grams
Recipe Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients & Measurements:
2 ¼ cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup granulated sugar
3 eggs (egg whites separated)
10 tbsp. Butter (1 stick plus 2 tbsp)
2 tsp. vanilla extract

I used all purpose flour and added baking soda and salt.
