Описание к видео Working on Windows, Chinking and Fascia | LOG CABIN BUILD | PIONEER LIFE CIRCA 1700's

Peter takes his birch bark canoe for its first paddle of the spring.

He tries to take the spring out of his new door, so that it closes properly and discusses his primitive door latch. He discusses cob, used as chinking material by the pioneers and explains that he will be using mortar for the chinking of his cabin. He installs the first window and the window stops.

He begins the chinking, rough coats on the inside and outside. He made a draft control for the rumford fireplace and forged the head to look like a moose. He then begins work on the fascia.
