Eating The BIGGEST PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE!! - Big Beautiful Delicious #2 -

I was craving something sweet, and this pineapple upside down cake hit the spot (I don't know if my large stomach can be considered a spot).

My goal: Make a BIG, BEAUTIFUL, AND DELICIOUS pineapple upside cake! It's not an easy task. Enlarging a tasty recipe often results in food being overcooked, undercooked, or unevenly cooked. The bigger a food item is, the harder it is to make it look good (small food like cupcakes and sliders are easy to make look good).

I think I succeeded.
BBD Scores out of 10:
BIG - 9.0 - This was the biggest pineapple upside down cake I've seen. The only way it could have been bigger would be to add another layer ;)
BEAUTIFUL - 9.5 - It looked beautiful! Like a perfect enlarged version of a traditional pineapple upside down cake.  I could have done a better job with the whipped cream topping.
DELICIOUS: 8.9 IT WAS AMAZING! But I started eating it too soon, and the heat detracted from the awesome flavor. I will have to be smarter in the future about letting big food cool down.

Total BBD score 27.4/30 - pretty darn good!
