HAKUGEI NightFire ELF - Flagship HAKUGEI is no pushover!!!

Hakugei released the Nightfire Elf and it has definitely made sure their current flagship IEM isn't a pushover!

Sharing design cues from the Geekwold GK100, namely driver configuration, DD + BA + Piezzo and overall tuning style, the similarity is very evident with possibly then NF Elf having a slightly more balanced sound , especially in the upper mids and treble.

But the NF Elf is more than just a well inspired IEM, it's got true technical capabilities; soundstage , imaging, detail retrieval, timbre and tonality, resolution, are all excellent when we consider the fact that 3 different driver types where used, so achieving that coherency while still maintaining musicality ain't an easy task.

Overall it stands it's ground very well in terms of its sonic achievement, bringing hard work to the likes of the KiwiEars Quintet, HIDIZS MP145, GK100 among others.

Is it a solid recommendation? Yes I think it deserves an audition and if I was able to convey a proper image of the NF Elf , a definite buy if this is what you want!
