Who Is Part of the Bride of Christ?

Is the Bride of Christ the church or is it Israel? Does the Marriage Supper of the Lamb take place in heaven or on earth? Why is the New Jerusalem called "The Lamb's Wife"? Here's my conclusion based on what seems apparent in Scripture.
