RECIPE:

160ml Warm milk 90F
50g Sugar
7g salt
7g Yeast
40g unsalted
325g Plain flour
1 Egg( For egg wash)
8 Sausages
Sesame Seeds

Making the Dough:

Combine Ingredients in a medium size bowl starting with the warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter and then flour, combing with a spatula.
Then Knead dough for 5mins on a flat clean surface, place dough in a grease bowl and cover, leave to proof for 30mins.

Sauté the sausages as desire.

After 30mins of proofing, divide dough in 8 pieces, form each piece into a ball, then roll each ball out measuring 30cm (see video for reference). Wrap and tuck each piece around the sausages (swirl around the sausage).
Leave to proof for 45mins, then lightly egg wash rolls (season egg as desire). Then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Place on lower rackin oven, bake for 375F/190C 15-18mins.
