Step 3:- Check the documents required for applying to each university.
Step 4:- Start contacting the Professors for PhD position.
Step 5:- Prepare all the documents required to fill the Application form.
Step 6:- Submit the Application before the Deadline

Mail Format

Dear “”Prof Name””

Paragraph 1:- Tell about yourself. Your name, college information, and when have you/ expecting to graduate.
Paragraph 2:- Discuss about your Master’s/Bachelor’s Project. Discuss about what is the main idea of your project and what you are trying to solve/find.
Paragraph 3:- Discuss about your interest in his/her research work and if you have a topic that you have though about, then mention that also.
Paragraph 4:- Ask for any vacant position if any, and mention your desire to join their team for further research.

Note:- Do attach your CV and Transcripts with the mail.

Follow up mail:

Dear Professor,
My name is _____, I completed a ______ degree in____Dept amd specialisation name ______ in ____month year_____. I emailed you a couple of weeks ago inquiring about PhD position available with you. I was wondering if you had a chance to go through my mail. I am emailing again to make sure that you have received my mail.
