In this video Dr.Isacc Abbas has explained about a condition called Acanthosis nigricans (Hyper pigmentation and dark patches on skin)
He has explained the natural remedies for this condition as well. This condition causes dark patches on areas like back of the neck,armpit,groin,navel and underneath female breasts.
These patches can be itchy and give bad odour.

In simple words,whenever we eat a lot of carbohydrate rich food like rice,fried chicken,pizza,burger,noodlesand so on,the insulin hormone which is responsible to transport these carbohydrates into our cell will be secreted in very high amounts. And when insulin hormone is high,the skin cells would start proliferating faster than usual,producing more new skin cells,resulting in thick layer of skin. And as these new cells have more melanin, that skin layer would turn very dark.That’s the reason obese People,diabetic people,and even prediabetic people also get this issue.
Some people try to remove this patch by scrubbing away but its not possible.Inorder to cure this naturally,first one should stop eating junk foods and desserts. Taking good protein rich food and adding turmeric,pepper,garlic, fenugreek on regular basis in meal recipe can help. Because these contain anti inflammatory properties and improve skin health. Regular exercises focusing on weight loss will help. Also apply coconut oil which acts as a natural mosituriser is also must.
