Ancient Words with friends of Bulkley River Parish & Church of the Holy Cross, Abbotsford. Tonight's readings come from 1 Samuel chapters 13 to 24 and describe the call of David and his relationship to God in the midst of struggles with others.

Ancient Words is a recorded event on Zoom with spoken readings from Scripture by members of churches from around Canada and the US. This is an evening of hearing the Bible read out loud and is intended for anyone wanting to turn from the noise, distractions, and confusion of everyday life to hear what God has to say to them. There will also be a short time of prayer following to pray for the sick and those in need.
