How to Stress Test CPU | Most easy way!

Sometimes while we are doing heavy task in our PC, it suddenly shuts down. Basically its because our CPU's temperature might have increased and we don't even know. By doing CPU stress test we can easily know if our CPU's temperature is above normal when we are doing a CPU based heavy task.
Using CPU-Z is one of the easiest way to stress test a CPU.
