Chapter 1

Runs well, add something to the warehouse to make it fantastic and tie it too your villain.

Chapter 2

This chapter takes some work. Run your own sidequests. Decide on a level of granularity for the trollskull upkeep. Choose factions carefully.

Chapter 3

Runs well. Enjoy the heist at Gralhund Villa. Avoid the red herrings.

Chapter 4

Turn the chase into an investigaton. Give the villain the Stone of Golorr. Use the villanous lair from chapters 5-8.

Chapter 5-8

Run a fun heist.

Chapter 4 part 2

Ignore the secondary key quests. The stone opens the vault. Up to you, of course.

Make the dragon ignorant of the ending of the War of Dragons. Much easier motivation.
