A very nice recording of BR and the band along with Dave Stahl on lead trumpet playing Bob Mulligan's arrangement of "Summer of '42" or as it is more commonly known as "The Summer Knows."

I would probably have to say that this is probably one of my favorite ballads that Buddy had in the book...although it wasn't in there for too long.
