Finishing on the top of a flagpole in the New Super Mario Bros. series rewards you with a 1-Up Mushroom. In the later games this is quite easy to do, however in the first game on the DS it's very difficult to reach the top of the flagpole.

This is because you have to LAND on top of it, rather than just touching the top like in NSMBW, NSMB2 and NSMBU.

Therefore I was curious how many flagpoles I could reach the top of. As it turns out, it's possible on all of them (including secret exits), however, some are EXTREMELY difficult, often requiring VERY precise movement.

This is a compilation of Mario getting on top of every flagpole in the game. I always use Small Mario, with the exception for some red flagpole that require a certain power-up.
