Top 10 Worst Level 4 Monsters in YGO

As the strongest level you can play without requiring a tribute, level 4 monsters hold an important place in Yu-Gi-Oh. Some of the strongest cards are level 4’s, and the prevalence of the level 4 is why it’s better to be a rank 4 XYZ monster than a rank 1 or 3, or really anything else. But with so many level 4’s in the game, some of them have got to be real stinkers, and those are what we’ll be running down in this list
