I modded in two more new ZomBotanys. I wanna note these two were done by a hack for Cheat Engine by Sus Stew. I take no credit.

Hypno Shroom Zombie: He speeds very fast. He can turn a plant into a ZomBotany and then die. If one of them doesn't exist, he turns a new plant into another Hypno Shroom Zombie and then it looks like he keeps teleporting and regenerating health. He's dangerous.
Cherry Bomb Zombie: It explodes in a 3x3 radius. It's very fast too. It's Cherry Bomb you bum!

Bonus, there's of course again the Grave Buster Zombie.
