Bospolder-Tussendijken is een vooroorlogse stadswijk in het westen van de stad met ongeveer 14.500 inwoners. De wijk wordt in het oosten begrensd door de Delfshavense Schie en de Voorhaven in historisch Delfshaven, in het zuidwesten door het spoorwegemplacement bij de Hudsonstraat. In het noordwesten vormt de Mathenesserweg de grens met de wijk Spangen. De wijk bestaat uit twee delen: Bospolder is het deel ten zuiden van de Schiedamseweg, Tussendijken ligt ten noorden van de Schiedamseweg. Bospolder-Tussendijken is bebouwd vanaf 1910. In dat jaar is de Schiedamseweg aangelegd vanaf de Aelbrechtskolk in historisch Delfshaven. Een aanzienlijk deel van Tussendijken werd bebouwd met sociale woningbouw, ontworpen door architect J.J.P. Oud. Rond 1930 was de aanleg van de wijk voltooid.

Bospolder-Tussendijken is a pre-war urban district in the west of the city with approximately 14,500 inhabitants. The district is bounded in the east by the Delfshavense Schie and the Voorhaven in historic Delfshaven, and in the southwest by the railway yard at Hudsonstraat. In the northwest, the Mathenesserweg forms the border with the Spangen district. The district consists of two parts: Bospolder is the part south of the Schiedamseweg, Tussendijken is north of the Schiedamseweg. Bospolder-Tussendijken has been built on since 1910. In that year the Schiedamseweg was built from the Aelbrechtskolk in historic Delfshaven. A significant part of Tussendijken was built on social housing, designed by architect J.J.P. Old. The construction of the district was completed around 1930.
