Ingredients

For making dough

1 cup maida(all purpose flour)
1/2 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Water as required

Ingredients for making pavbhaji
*************************************
1 tbsp butter/2 tbsp oil
3 medium size finely chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 medium size finely chopped tomatoes
1 small size finely chopped capsicum
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp pavbhaji masala
100 gm boiled green peas
3 to 4 medium size boiled mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice
Coriander leaves
green chutney
mozzarella/process cheese
