How to install a CPU contact frame in your current gaming PC

Prawn here to show you how to install a CPU contact frame on your motherboard. This works with LGA 1700 socket motherboards (Intel 12th, 13th and 14th gen CPUs) to help provide better contact between the CPU and the cooler over time and thereby improving the cooling.
