More often, it’s the build-up of stress, miscommunication and disconnection that starts to chip away at closeness.

We touched on:

💬 Checking in with each other: This means not just asking how the day went but really listening.

🕰️ Lack of couple time: When everything revolves around children and logistics, quality time together can easily disappear.

🌿 Recharge time matters: Especially for the partner doing most of the hands-on care.
