How to answer interview questions about career change?

Interviews are a pretty nerve-wrecking experience but it can be tougher when you are transitioning to a new career. Why? Because, you need to make a solid case for yourself to get the job which is a new career for you when the hiring manager is inundated with hundreds of experienced people that qualify for the job! It’s necessary to understand that the interviewer isn’t trying to trap you. It is important for the company to ask this interview question for several reasons that I discuss in the video.

The way you answer career change interview questions can either destroy your chances of landing the job or put you at par or even ahead of people with years of experience in your new career!
