Take sections that are no thicker or longer than your curling iron barrel. This ensures even heat distribution for a perfect set.

The root is the thickest part of your hair and the hardest to hold volume. Start your iron here! It needs the most heat and the most time to set.

🥰 Check your hair:
Once you’ve clamped at the root, wait until the hair feels hot to the touch before feeding the rest of the hair through. This will make sure the curl is locked in from top to bottom.

They totally make extended barrel curling irons but if you don’t have one, no worries just drop a bit of the top section out as you work your way down to accommodate your length.
