🌼 I'm not naive to think that my previous role as a Passenger Service Executive in aviation was the only one with difficulties.
🌸 Many jobs require dealing with stressful situations and demanding environments.
🌺 However, for me, the constant exposure to negativity, rudeness, and yelling from passengers took a toll on my mental health and well-being.
🌻 It was the specific environment and dynamics of my workplace that led me to feel drained and unhappy, prompting my decision to leave.
🍀 I recognize that every job has its unique struggles, and I'm not dismissing those challenges.
