I am so sorry I have let you down, but the truth is: If you have played for a while now, you probably already know how to throw. You just have to unlearn all the movement patterns and let the body do what is natural. I know this is not the method people like, and that also quite a natural reaction. It's because we really really want to get the feeling of accomplishing great results by doing as much as we can, working hard and challenging our bodies. But many times all we have to do is to go with the flow and let the body move freely, and move along with our instinct.

So how to throw? Keep the elbow out and letrrrip with the arm. Do this while balancing on the front leg but don't fall over it. It doesn't get more simple as that. You want more distance? Do it faster and shift the weight form back to front before ripping it. Throwing is more simple than you thought it is.
