Soft til vadi - til barfi easy recipe - Learn how to make soft sesame seeds vadis. These homemade soft vadis will turn out just great. Made with sesame seeds, peanuts, and jaggery, this is an original, no-fail recipe developed in the Pat-a-Cake kitchen. Made by including two special ingredients, these vadis are simply delicious.

Tilgul vadis are generally of two types. 1) Hard and crisp ones; and 2) Soft, fudge-like ones. Many people find it difficult to eat the harder, crisper variety. In this video however, you'll learn how to make the soft kind that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. This tasty treat is made during the festival of Makar Sankranti celebrated in mid-January.
(If you want to make these less sweet, you could reduce the jaggery by around 2 tbsp.)
