🌟 Recipe and Ingredients -
Take a Kadai pan, add 100 grams of ghee first and fry 200 gram of edible gum and fry them until it becomes crunchy. Again add 300 to 400 gram of ghee. Add 1 Kg of Urad Daal Flour , you can make it at home also with Daal and can take readymade too.Add 300 Gram of Wheat flour. Now we have to cook the flour mix untill it's texture gets changed.Add ghee in between until it absorb. On low medium flame stir it continuously and roast it until it release ghee, and there is a colour and texture change. Now after 20 to 30 minutes it's texture will change.Add 50 grams of poppy seed, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder.Now put off the gas flame and remember to stir it to cool it down. Add Fried gums to it by crushing them a little as shown in video. Add 500 grams of dry coconut , crushed in mixture.Add 250 grams of Cashew and 250 grams of Almonds , churned in a mixture after being saute in ghee. You can also use other dryfruit.Add some Kishmish. Now add 1 Kg of sugar powder to it. Mix the material well and now it's ready to make round Laddu. It's material is lightly warm, we can easily make it.In this quantity our 60 ladoo is ready and we have used total 1 kg of ghee in it.And it took 1 hour to make this Laddu.Your immunity booster winter special Urad dal laddu is ready !
