Diplomacy is Not an Option is a base-building survival RTS set in a medieval fantasy world where you control a minor lord forced to defend his kingdom against relentless attacks. The game features large-scale warfare with up to 25,000 enemies, resource management, strategic planning, and even magic. Players must carefully manage their economy, keep their troops fed, and defend their castles against waves of enemies, including undead forces. With multiple game modes and the freedom to craft unique strategies, players are thrust into brutal and tactical warfare where negotiation is no longer viable.
