Cottonee can be found in Malie Garden, Melemele Meadow, Poni Meadow, Poni Plains and Ula'ula Meadow. In Melemele Meadow Cottonee has a 30% encounter rate. Cottonee can only be found in Pokémon Sun and you will need someone to trade it to you if you have Pokémon Moon version.
