How to make a Ino Yamanaka (山中いの) Doll

I have been wanting to make Ino into a doll because she is my favorite character from Naruto. I get so upset because she does not get a lot of screen time in the anime, but she is so awesome in the games. I have been so obsessed with her since the beginning, and I am so happy that I have a figure to resemble her. Let me know what you guys think and who is your favorite Naruto character?

Materials right below:

Acetone or nail polish remover
Sealants : Mr. Super Clear (MSC) or Krylon's Matte Finish
Watercolor pencils: Faber Castle
Chalk Pastels
Brushes
White paint
Gloss varnish
