Jeera Rice + Dal Tadka:
1. Add water inside a pressure cooker till 1/4th level and place a bowl. Into that bowl, add Dal Tadka ingredients such a washed toor dal, chopped, chopped tomato, water, salt as per taste and close with some lid.
2. Place another bowl on top of it or below it and add Jeera Rice ingredients such as washed rice, water, salt as per taste, cumin seeds(jeera), slit green chilli and close with some lid.
3. Pressure cook these two on high flame for 2-3 whistles.
4. Once the pressure cooker de-pressurises, add finely chopped coriander leaves to the Jeera Rice and mix well and keep it aside.
5. Mash the Dal well and place a small pan on flame for Tadka.
6. Add ghee and cumin seeds. Then add finely chopped ginger, dry red chillies and fry for few seconds. Turn-off the flame and immediately add red chilli powder and mix well and pour this tadka immediately over the mashed Dal.
7. Also add finely chopped coriander leaves to the Dal Tadka and mix well and keep it aside.

Aloo Methi:
1. Place a pan on flame and add oil. Once it is hot enough, add in the cumin seeds and chopped potatoes and keep frying on low-medium flame until they are cooked and they turn lightly golden-brown in colour.
2. Now add in the chopped methi(fenugreek) leaves and fry for about 5 minutes until they shrink and soften and turn aromatic.
3. Now to that add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste and mix well and cook on low-medium flame for about 5 minutes and serve.

Suji Ka Halwa:
1. Place a pan on flame and add ghee. Add in the chopped cashews and almonds and fry until they turn lightly golden-brown in colour and take them out onto a plate.
2. To the same pan with the remaining ghee, add in the suji(rava/semolina) and keep frying until it turns lightly golden-brown in colour and aromatic.
3. Now slowly add the boiling water to the fried suji(rava/semolina) and keep stirring so that there are no lumps.
4. Once the mixture thickens to a halwa consistency, add sugar and keep mixing until the sugar melts.
5. Now add cardamom powder, safforn soaked milk, fried cashews and almonds and mix everything well and turn-off the flame.
6. Cover this Suji Ka Halwa and keep it aside for 10 minutes before serving.
