ARRI Signature Primes Test Shoot

Описание к видео ARRI Signature Primes Test Shoot

Morad Abdel-Fattakh, a famous Russian cinematographer, has put the ARRI Signature Primes through their paces.

“We all know what lens tests look like – they can seem a bit like research work. We wanted to test lenses not just as technical equipment, but as tools to create atmosphere. In the work of a cinematographer, optics are one of the main contributors to image creation, which is about connecting viewers to the emotions in a scene. A set of lenses has to be able to accommodate a variety of visual tasks. Sometimes you need a wide lens, but the field of view feels artificial; sometimes you need a long lens, but it feels too narrow. This was not the case with the Signature Prime range, which has a lens for every occasion! There are unusual focal lengths like the 29, 47, and 58 mm, which is great because they immediately give a non-standard and unique perspective.”
