Mr. Vaidyanathan speaking at GFF 2024 on IDFC Tech First Bank: Premium Banking, Universal Access

On August 30, 2024, Mr. Vaidyanathan MD and CEO delivered a featured keynote at GFF 2024 on “IDFC FIRST Tech First Bank – Premium Banking, Universal Access”.

The theme of the presentation is that premium banking with great UI UX, great content, great insights, advice and solutions are usually available for people at the top of the pyramid “the well off”.

But in a virtual world, the same experience can be made available across all economic backgrounds. He highlighted the challenges faced by lower-income customers, and how for lack of quality advice and quality solutions, they remain disadvantaged vis a vis the well off, and how digital can be used to provide such quality solutions for all, in a viable and sustainable way.

Through live demonstrations of the new banking app, he demonstrated its user-friendly interface and efficient features, including seamless transactions, wealth management tools, and customer support.

Through this initiative, IDFC FIRST Bank proposes to provide universal access for exceptional financial services, including insights, quality advice and solutions.
