All you have to do is turn on the mouse, some of them have a pair button, press and hold it if you have one, my magic mouse here doesn’t, so just turning it on does the trick

Then search for bluetooth, add bluetooth device, and click on the first option. My magic mouse had a password, usually this is not the case with mice. Try 0000.
