Leyland Leopard 1626

Описание к видео Leyland Leopard 1626

Here’s a short video of my UTA Leopard 1626 and how things are progressing with it. 1626 was built on the 20th of the 6th 1974. The running gear was built by Leyland and the body was built by Smithfield bus and coach works. 1626 has a 11.6 litre six cylinder 0.680 Diesel engine and a Air operated four speed pneumocyclic gearbox driving a crown wheel and pinion differential. 1626 was delivered to the Burwood depot in November 1974 and was there its whole government career until withdrawal in 1989 and was overhauled once in December 1982. After withdrawal from UTA 1626 was bought buy Fearnes of Wagga Wagga where it was used as a school bus until being withdrawn again and sold on to be converted to a motorhome. 1626 is now owned by me and will be restored back to PTC Mandarin Blue and Riviera White.
