With over two decades of experience as a teacher, professor of teacher education, district leader, and consultant, Dr. Michelle designs learning experiences and leadership spaces that help people lead, learn, and live without sacrificing their wholeness. She is the founder of LCT-E Learning Solutions®, where she partners with schools, organizations, nonprofits, and institutions to design inclusive curriculum, professional learning, and systems that elevate people rather than exhaust them.
