Masala Jowar Roti Recipe | ज्वार की रोटी बनाने का सरल व सीक्रेट तरीका - Healthy Gluten Free Recipes
Ingredients:
For Roti:
1 cup Sorghum Flour (Jowar Atta)
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp coarsely crushed Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1/2 tsp White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
Salt to taste
Oil (to apply on dough)
Finely chopped Coriander
Crushed Black Pepper
Method:
Heat 1 cup Water in a deep base pan
Add 1/2 tsp coarsely crushed Cumin Seeds
Add 1/2 tsp White Sesame Seeds
Add Salt to taste
Heat water up to a boil
Now add 1 cup Sorghum Flour and turn off the heat quickly
Add finely chopped Coriander
Add crushed Black Pepper
Combine everything well, cover the lid and rest the dough for 5 min
Transfer it in a bowl and start kneading a soft dough
Apply a little Oil on it
Start making balls from the dough prepared
Cover the remaining dough with a wet cloth
Take a dough ball and deep it into dry flour
Roll the roti with the help of rolling pin
Heat the pan and place roti on it
Slightly cook both the sides
Take it directly on a flame and cook both the sides until puffed
(You can also cook it on pan by pressing with the napkin)
Take out roti from the heat and spread Ghee on it
