If your goal for 2023 is ✨ to eat more sprouts (which is always our goal!), we thought we'd share a quick refresher on how to grow one of the most popular varieties... BROCCOLI SPROUTS.

🤓 These science-backed sprouts are so packed with benefits, it's kind of amazing how easy and affordable it is to grow your own at home!

STEP 1: Soak your broccoli seeds for just 4-6 hours. (They prefer a shorter soak time than most other varieties.)

STEP 2: Drain the soaking water and give them a quick rinse (and drain). Store them at a 45 degree angle if using a jar, or hang them if using a Sprout Bag.

STEP 3: Water your sprouts (rinse for about 30 seconds and drain) 2x daily—morning and night. Do this for 4-7 days, until your sprouts are just the way you like them.

🌱 That's it! Eat a handful and harvest the rest by storing them loosely covered in the fridge a few hours after their final watering.
