Excellent NOAA Reception.
Transmit Distance through Obstructions is Awesome.

Removable Belt Clip.
Scan Feature.
Weather Alert Mode.
Optional Programming Software is Free.
Ability to Receive, and Scan without Using the Battery while on USB power.
VOX function.
The Radio is Comfortable to Hold.

Features that could be Added or Improved on:
Add a Squelch Feature that can Be Controlled through the Menu.

Overall, when these have a coupon, and come in under $20 each, you are getting a Fun Two Way Radio that you Do Not Need a License for. Convenient Weather Alerts is a Huge deal, along with Decent Transmit/Receive capabilities. I can Recommend the RB28s without Hesitation.
