材料清單:
抹茶紅豆瑞士捲 (11吋x11吋x1吋烤盤)

[麵糊]:
4個 蛋黃(大顆)
40克 糖
30克 沙拉油
65克 牛奶
100克 低筋麵粉
3克 泡打粉
2小匙 抹茶粉

[蛋白霜]:
4個 蛋白(大顆)
0.5小匙 塔塔粉
70克 糖

[抹茶鮮奶油]:
1.5杯 鮮奶油
2大匙 糖
2.5小匙 抹茶粉

[紅豆泥]
適量 市售紅豆泥

或者自己用電鍋煮
200克 紅豆(前一天先泡發會比較好煮熟)
3杯 水
0.5-1杯 糖(煮好後才加入)



375F/190C烤7-10分鐘
各家烤箱不同, 時間請自行斟酌

確認已經完全放涼才可抹鮮奶油
食用前請在冰箱冷藏至少一天

Macha Red bean Cake Roll
(11"x 11"x 1" baking pan)


[Batter]:
4 large egg yolks
40g sugar
30g oil
65g milk
100g cake four
3g baking powder
2 tsp macha green tea powder

[Whipped egg whites]:
4 large egg whites
0.5 tsp cream of tar tar
70g sugar

[Macha whipping cream]:
1.5 cups Whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
2.5 tsp macha green tea powder

[Red bean paste]

Desire amount of store bought red bean paste

Or cook it yourself
200g red bean (let it soak over night in fridge before cooking)
3 cups of water
0.5-1 cup of sugar (add in after the bean is cooked)


Bake at 375F/190C for 7-10 minutes.
**Time may very depends on the type of oven you have.

Make sure it's completely cooled before assembling.
Chill in fridge for at least a day before serving.
