The first-generation Ford F-Series is a series of pickup trucks and commercial vehicles produced by Ford. Introduced in late 1947, the F-Series was the first post-war truck design from Ford. Noticable changes were wider cabs, single piece windshields, and integrated headlamps. The first generation of the F-Series would remain in production until 1952. The F-1 was the entry level truck with a GVWR of 4,700lbs.

The truck has been with its current owner for over 24 years in which it was fully restored and repaint in a color to match the original paint. The truck is in wonderful shape inside and out, with excellent paint quality and great chrome trim. Factory hubcaps, dual mirrors, and a beautifully finished wood bed add to the look. The interior is very nice as well and features a nicely upholstered bench seat. Headliner is nice and features a drives sun visors. The odometer and speedo work great and the truck is a lovely driver. It is believed to have a 239cid Flathead V8 engine and is mated to a floor shift 3-speed manual. Tons of receipts are provided and the truck even comes with the owners manual and a Flathead V8 service manual.
