1588 Boardwalk Place has so many great things going for it, and in this video I concentrate on my 5 Favorites! Watch the video for the full story, but
1) The amazing outdoor pool and patio area sitting on the 9th Fairway of the TN Grasslands 18 hole "Links" course. The pool is heated and gorgeous. The patio has motorized screens, there is a built in kitchen area out back, and it is just beautiful. I can imagine spending all my time hanging out back there.

4) The Bonus room is on the main floor, just steps from the kitchen. That gives you a big opportunity to have a space to call your own, or turn it into a bar/tv space, or a playroom for children or grandchildren. The room has big beautiful windows and pleasant views so it's a fantastic space.
5) Also on the main floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with it's own full bathroom! The one on the front of the house has a high ceiling and a large window and a large closet, and could be a second Owner's suite if you needed more than one. The bedroom on the back of the house is being used as an office by the current sellers which is a great use of the space. The floor in that room is purposely Luxury Vinyl because there is a door to the outside, and that bathroom doubles as the "pool bath". How smart to let people walk on the floor designed for allow for wetness instead of people walking on the wood floor dripping!
