Inspecting a property in Hampden, Maine for gray squirrel damage. The building is relatively tight except for the soffit vents. Almost 300ft of window screening was used to provide ventilation for the building. Unfortunately it's super easy for rodents and squirrels to gain access through this material. The holes in the video are only a handful of the dozens and dozens of entry points scattered all across the building. We'; trap the squirrels, remove them, and then seal the building up to keep future squirrels form gaining access.

Squirrels find themselves inside buildings as the weather turns cold and mothers start looking for places to have babies.
