In this video, I reveal to you a Real Estate Investment Trust ( REIT) that I just added to my M1 Finance Dividend Portfolio. This REIT is one of the biggest dividend growth high-yield dividend stocks to buy right now. This is one of the best REITs to buy for 2023 and one of top REITs for my month of April 2023. As a dividend investor, I love buying high yield dividend stocks like this REIT. It is very comparable to CubeSmart ( CUBE stock ) and has a very similiar REIT portfolio as CubeSmart. I own a lot of REITs and I am very careful with REITs. As an investor, I always wanted to invest in real estate, and the best thing is these REITs provide passive income ( dividend income ).
