I don't necessarily consider myself a "Creative," but I read this anyway, as a fan of Felicia Day. While the main structure is about working toward a creativity goal, I got SO much out of it to carry into my everyday problem solving. She provides seriously helpful tools, insights and perspectives for dealing with anxiety, criticism, confidence, procrastination and more. Since I didn't have a creative project to tackle, the activity prompts sometimes felt like a lot. Because there are A LOT of them. But I still managed to fill multiple journal pages with notes and drawings I plan to reference later.
