No equipment is needed for this at home Pilates mat class. You'll stretch and tone your muscles for an effective Pilates workout focusing on finding ease with every movement.

In this Pilates video you’ll get started seated with some awareness exercises before progressing with this full body Pilates workout. I hope you'll roll out your mat and join me for this Pilates workout. This Pilates class is perfect for beginners or if you are looking for a more soothing Pilates routine.

You’ll progressively move throughout this class ending with Pilates strengthening exercises for the total body.

The very last portion of the class offers you a few minutes to relax even more with a guided awareness exercise.
