Ghost and Luke Cage both got moved to 3 Energy, which makes them a perfect fit in a Silver Surfer shell, and the perfect pair for a Hazmat and Wong combo too!

Power Estimate: This deck honestly felt pretty clunky to play, with quite a few conditional cards limiting your early-game options. But despite that, it still had a respectable 58% win rate for me, so there may be some refinement and mastery that could make this deck great.
